While teaching the theory of AI is important, students also need space to experiment, build, and think critically with AI tools. That’s why the AI Leaders project is preparing to launch a series of AI in Business Management Hackathons—designed to bring responsible AI education to life through active, experiential learning.

These hackathons will challenge students to tackle real-world business problems using both applied and ethical AI methods. Working in teams, they’ll explore the possibilities of AI while being guided by key ethical frameworks such as fairness, transparency, and accountability. It’s a hands-on way to teach the human side of technology—while sharpening problem-solving, collaboration, and innovation skills.

The hackathons will also serve as testbeds for the educational resources developed in earlier stages of the project, helping partners gather feedback and improve the tools even further.

For universities and educators, these events offer a chance to engage students in meaningful AI learning. For students, it’s an opportunity to stand out as responsible digital leaders ready to shape the future of business.

Stay tuned—more details will be shared soon on the AI Leaders website.
