Group Of College Students With Tutor Studying Computer Design Sitting At Monitors In Classroom

Artificial Intelligence is no longer a futuristic concept—it’s shaping how businesses operate today. From automating decisions to targeting customers and managing talent, AI is becoming deeply embedded in the business landscape. But with great power comes great responsibility, and that’s especially true in business education.

At EUEI, we believe that educators play a pivotal role in preparing students not just to use AI tools, but to question them, improve them, and apply them ethically. That’s why we’re proud to be part of the AI Leaders project—an Erasmus+ initiative that supports business and management educators in teaching both the applied and ethical dimensions of AI.

The AI Leaders project recognizes that many educators lack access to clear, practical materials to bring AI into their classrooms. Through collaborative research, consultation, and content development, the project has created the Responsible AI Case Studies & Introductory Toolkit—a free, open-access resource designed to bridge this gap.

This Toolkit offers case studies, ethical AI scenarios, tools for classroom use, and teaching guidance tailored specifically for business-focused learning. It empowers educators to help students think critically about AI, make better decisions, and understand the real-world consequences of technology-led business practices.
