We’re proud to announce the launch of the Responsible AI Case Studies & Introductory Toolkit, developed as part of the AI Leaders Erasmus+ project.

This new resource is designed to support business and management educators in teaching the applied and ethical aspects of Artificial Intelligence (AI). As AI continues to reshape industries, it’s essential that future business leaders understand not only how to use these tools, but how to use them responsibly.

The Toolkit offers clear, practical support for integrating AI into business courses in a way that reflects real-world practice and European values.

What’s Included in the Toolkit?

The Toolkit is made up of four core resources:

  • State of the Art Review – A clear introduction to applied and ethical AI in the context of business education

  • Compendium of Case Studies – 12+ multimedia examples showcasing real business use cases of AI

  • Toolbox of Recommended Digital Tools – A practical guide to AI tools that can be used in teaching and learning, across presential, hybrid, and online settings

  • Guidelines for AI Orientation Days – A step-by-step guide for educators to host events introducing AI concepts to colleagues and students

Each element has been developed in consultation with educators and AI professionals, and tested through Orientation Days and user feedback sessions to ensure the content is useful, accessible, and relevant.

Why It Matters

This Toolkit responds to a growing need in higher education: helping educators prepare students to work with AI in a way that is practical, ethical, and aligned with current policy trends—including the upcoming EU AI Act. It bridges theory and practice and provides real-world content that educators can start using immediately.
