Integrating AI into business and management education isn’t just about introducing a new topic—it requires rethinking how we teach, what we teach, and how students engage with the material.

That’s where the AI Leaders project comes in. With the support of Erasmus+, this initiative is equipping educators across Europe with the tools, confidence, and knowledge they need to teach AI in a way that is applied, ethical, and accessible.

A major milestone of the project is the development of a series of Open Educational Resources (OERs) designed to help lecturers embed AI topics directly into their courses. These include a 50+ page Teacher’s Guide, over 20 learning activities, and practical teaching materials organized by core business domains such as marketing, human resources, finance, supply chain, and leadership.

At EUEI, we’ve supported the development of these resources by contributing to ethical guidance, usability, and accessibility—ensuring the final materials work in real classrooms and across diverse learning environments.

Whether you’re an experienced educator or just beginning to explore AI in your teaching, these resources offer a ready-made foundation to build from.
